Full Priced Items: that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, e-Boutique credit or exchange when returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.

Sale Items: Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon/discount code applied at checkout are eligible for an e-Boutique credit or exchange. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn. We do not offer refunds on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. 

Final Sale Items: All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty. Tags must remain intact and the item must be unworn.

Accessories: All accessory items, including hats, hijabs, square scarfs, balaclavas, beanies, and neck scarfs, are ineligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.

Swimwear: Swimwear items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged for the same item in a different size. Please note this policy does not apply to swim accessories such as headbands, hijabs, sarongs, and similar items.
